IN 2023, OUR COMPANY BEGAN IMPLEMENTING AN IMPORT SUBSTITUTION PROJECT:
FROM COMBINED MATERIALS BASED ON PAPER FOR PACKAGING SEMI-FINISHED
POPCORN, WICH WILL COOKED IN A MICROWAVE OVEN.
The goal of the project is to create in the Russian Federation a full-cycle
production of paper multilayer food bags, that are capable of capturing microwave radiation in a microwave oven, which allows to quickly turn a semi-finished popcorn into a ready-made dish.
The acute relevance of the project lies in the uninterrupted provision of food enterprises that produce semi-finished popcorn for microwave ovens with irreplaceable packaging with individual design.
The location of production in the Russian Federation, Yaroslavl Region, gives our customers the opportunity to significantly reduce dependence on export suppliers. This could allows excluding to purchase this type of packaging from abroad it the future, to reduce the cost of buying foreign currency, to shorten the planning horizon for placing orders for from 6 months to 1-1.5 months, to reduce the size of the ordered batches.
The presence of a Russian popcorn packaging producer will allow quickly responding to the market changes, quickly increasing output with an unpredictable increase in demand.
The special urgency of the need to place a full-cycle production of multilayer food packaging in Russia is due to the fact that today there are no manufacturers of this type of packaging on the territory of the Customs Union and all consumers are
forced to export it from foreign countries, including unfriendly ones.
This project is completely import-substituting, since all raw materials are produce in Russian Federation.

The cycle includes the following stages:
- * flexo printing with the customer's logo on a paper roll
- positional gluing of metallized PET film
- formation of multilayer combined material
- gluing of two-seam packages
- delivery of industrial batches to the customer's warehouse
